Where do I start? The hotel building itself looks nice, and the morning receptionist was pleasant. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The afternoon receptionist (not the skinny one) was unfriendly. Breakfast – Awful. We tried it on the first day and could barely take more than two bites. Pool area – Consistently dirty. They only “clean” it once a day, and it shows. Check-in experience – We were on a waiting list to get our room early, along with 6–8 other guests. We were #4 on the list, but somehow ours was the last to be ready—20 minutes after the official 3 p.m. check-in time. Housekeeping – Easily the worst part of our stay. The staff was rude and disrespectful. The floors were sticky, the shower had mold in several spots, and there were hairs in both the shower and on the floor. The desk lamp was literally hanging by its electrical cables. This hotel is overpriced for what you get. The cleanliness and service are well below standard. We will never stay there again!!

Loved the 2nd floor pool deck (with hot tub) overlooking the ocean. How beautiful!!! From the game room to the rooftop bar to the free breakfast and the quick walk to the pier and many restaurants, shops, and beachside, there was something for everyone in my family to enjoy!!! Also, ALL of the staff was great!!

My room was not clean well when I arrived. Dirty bathroom due to unclean shower, filthy shower door among other things that I kept noticing during my stay. Then I had to call to get the points promised to me for the inconvenience. I did like the surrounding area and location of the parking garage but my pass didn’t work for the entire stay and I had to call for help upon every exit. BUT the pier and beach are nice, close and I had a decent view.

I requested our sheets be changed due to stains, but they ended up only changing the sheets on one bed, and not the one we needed. Also requested extra blankets that we never received. There weren’t enough towels or toilet paper. Also there was a group of people having a party near the pool area that lasted two days.

As soon as I got into the room, the bed looked like somebody was sleeping in it. The sheets were dirty the pillow sheets were dirty. Also when they cleaned the room they never change the pillow case or bed sheets and didn’t replace all of the towels I will not stay there again
