Perfect family stay

It was way better than what I expected. It was way bigger than what I saw on the pictures, everyone was so nice, even the residents that lived there

I booked the property, mostly because I had breakfast included (I was in a Sports tournament with limited time). When I got there, there was NO breakfast. They did not know about it, and then they gave me a "choice" that someone would make a presentation about some credit card, and he would "invite" me to the breakfast as a courtesy. UNNACEPTABLE! The guy who called to try to sell me the presentation was very RUDE. Also, I must mention that the place was very dusty and the air conditioning did not cool well. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

We arrived late due to our flight by the time we got to our room in was almost midnight. Our sofa bed was broken. They provided a new accommodation and that room had a broken toilet. We ultimately did not end up staying and the resort would not give us any compensation.

Nice location and nice stay!

Our room was great and we enjoyed our stay. This was after a 5+hour drive due to Hurricane Milton. But once there, the 4 day stay was great and we'd probably stay there again.

This property moved me from one room to another and I continued to have problems the entire stay. I stayed there October 24-28, 2024. The first room did not have air conditioning in the unit and I was waiting for the a/c to come on and it didn't. I moved at 3am because it ws unbearable to stay in room that was 78 degrees. I was unable to open the windows as well because there are no screens in either of the rooms. After I was moved to my second room across the hall, there was NO hot water. I ran the water for a while and waited and still nothing. I had to shower and get ready in the dark and get ready in the dark because the light switches didn't work in the bathroom or in the hall adjacent to the bathroom. It was only a 4 night stay and I was pretty miserable the entire time. I booked this place because it was nostalgic and I use to visit a lot with my family but it was really disappointing

Hotel appears a bit dated. Furniture was very old. Bathroom sink is for a midget…very low. Room was spacious and had all the basics needed. Provided coffee, but ONLY for 1 cup, not even a whole pot. Resort was ok, but it needs some work and updates.
