Very Accomodating!

The building was older and a little weathered, but very clean! Enclosed front with a sparkling pool. Room was spotless with a comfortable bed! There were longer-term residence. There, who were so kind and accommodating. The property manager, Vicki, actually showed up personally, to make sure that we were checked in and didn’t have any problems. The property came with use of quite a few mountain bikes, which we used, as transportation to restaurants, bars, and the beach! This property sits one block from a beautiful white sandy beach! We loved the area and would not hesitate to book there again!

Had someone walk into our room at 1:30 in the morning during our first night. Property manager Vicki did not believe that this happened and then told us it was because we didnt lock our door. We heard someone put our code in and the lock on the door open. This not only happened to us but happened to another couple while we were there. Vicki did get the lock code changed but refused to give us any sort of reimbursement for our MASSIVE inconvenience. Would not stay here again and neither should you if you dont want random people walking into your room in the middle of the night.

This stay wasn’t what we had hoped. The room was cute, clean and what we expected in amenities and was close to the beach - those are the positives. There should have been a disclaimer for the way the property is arranged. The pool was right outside the door so it was noisy first thing in the morning. The room next door had a patio table and chairs which blocked our door when they sat there and you could hear every word of their conversation. People going to the laundry room would stop and talk right by our bedroom windows. There are no pets allowed and yet there were dogs there that barked every morning. In other words, it was neither quiet nor private at all.

Clean place and convenient being so close to the ocean. Manager was very helpful with answering my questions and providing great information. Enjoyed swimming in the pool. The walls were pretty thin, so had some inconsiderate neighbors throughout the night that bothered. Lots of amenities, such as Beach towels, lawn chairs, and even bikes available to check out and use.

What we saw on line was exactly what we saw when we entered our room. It was very clean. It was exactly what we were looking for. Having severe allergies the room deodorizer came off the wall and the batteries removed! The light from it was also very distracting before we removed it. We had a great stay though many giggles due to the thin walls. It would have been great if there were more coffee pods available in the lil kitchenette. The pool area was just ok. It needs a good refresh and the pool a good clean. The owners are trying so with some patience I can see this being a go to for many!

Clean, but disappointed.

No front office to obtain ice, etc. not within walking distance of a grocery store or gas station. We flew in as we had no food with us. luckily, I found a magnet on the refrigerator for Pizza Hut, which was delivered through Uber eats.… Still no ice for a relaxing drink. it advertised free Wi-Fi, which was very weak. The Wi-Fi kept going in and out every few minutes. It had a beautiful smart TV for loading your own stations to it... if you had Wi-Fi, it probably would work. All we wanted to do is get a local station for news and weather report.

Gorgeous beaches in Hollywood.

Loved having a kitchen and we had 2 waters plus coffee and tea for a night. Very clean and about 5 houses walk to the beach. Gorgeous beaches.

Perfect beachside getaway

We ended up at another of the properties, Marina Villas, due to a mix up with the reservation system, yet the property manager was incredibly helpful and ensured we had an excellent stay. The location and property were perfect for a great beachside vacation. It was clean, quiet, easy to park, great walking and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on. We will certainly contact them again for our next trip to Hollywood/Ft. Lauderdale.

Waves on The Soto is very good place for families with children. The place is very quiet and close to bus stops. We like to take bus trips to see the area where we were we also take a long walks. There are bikes if you want to ride a bike instead of riding bus ,walk or drive. Nice place!

This property was sooo conveniently close to a great beach! It was super easy parking right infront of the building. Its only 2 stories high with a just a few units. There is a decent pool and it was clean and quaint. Highly recommend if you are looking for a cute little place!

It was a family trip with a baby, we really enjoyed our stay the beach is down the street i liked to walk in the neighborhood ( with the baby in the stroller) there are some construction work in the neighborhood so some roads were blocked , it was really great to have free laundry ,barbecue and bikes onsite, i do recommend the place.

Spent 4 days on a girls getaway Even though the weather was not ideal, the accommodations were fabulous! Bikes, bbq, pool, laundry, beach chairs-umbrellas all included! and enough towels to last a week and the price was very budget friendly the staff was great, and Vicky was wonderful we will definitely come back! This place is perfect! Walking distance to the beach, secluded pool, beach chairs and towels provided in your room and close to every major highway making it super easy to get anywhere! Expedia kind of dropped the ball with us never receiving the email with check in procedures and codes however the property manager, Vickie, was super quick to send a text with the information as soon as I called!!
