We waited over 30 minutes to be attended. Rooms were not that clean and one of them didn’t have toilet paper. Reserved double bed rooms and only got 1 room out of the four we reserved with double beds. It’s also a non-smoking facility but there is definitely a lot of smoking going on, the smell was just very strong

There is a check-in window, rather than a check-in desk or lobby. There was one person checking in several people, and he was as nice as can be, but he could have used some help. The weirdest thing was that he told me and two other people who were checking in that he didn't have enough card keys. He walked each of us to our room and let each one in. I asked what would happen when I left and came back later in the evening. He said he would let me in when I got back. I told him it would be by midnight. He said he would let the next shift know. However, there is a sign on check-in window that says if you come in after 11 pm you have to dial a number (pasted there) and "someone will come." So he gave me his personal number, to call if I had any problem. (He was being nice, not creepy.) A few minutes later, I came back down to check-in window and insisted he find a key card - there seemed to be several stacked up in a place I could see. He ended up giving me the one he had been using. So again, this was the weirdest check-in process I've had. Everything after that was fine. We got in past midnight, key card worked fine. Place is very quiet and very clean. Room is no-frills, but clean. We only needed a room for one night, after a concert, and this worked fine for that.

Check in was 3pm and I did not get my room until after 6pm because my room had not been cleaned and no one even cared to apologized or seemed to care. Apparently only 1 housekeeper works at one time and it shows! Rooms and common area were very dirty and smelly but probably no fault of the housekeeper since she has to go it all. Hotel is very run down and has roaches. Avoid this place!

Absolutely disgusting place. The walk to my room on the first floor smelled like feces or a retirement home. The room was extremely lacking with simple chairs, black mold in the shower, and holes in the wall. No glasses or paper cups were provided with the room, rather the front desk tried to sell me a dishware set; I was staying for one night. The bed was a double on a metal frame like a hospital bed. I went to dinner and when I came back to the room and turned the lights on there were hundreds of flying ants in the bathroom sink, tub and all over the floors. I left immediate and found reasonable accommodations. Unfortunately the front desk was literally boarded up although it was 10 pm so I could not even complain the property management. Absolutely terrible hotel…Do not waste your money. In fact this may be the last time I risk booking lodging on Expedia.

I did my online reservation, let the stuff know i will be checking in after midnight, my flight got delayed, and I got there at 3am and there was no receptionist i knocked at the door and called their main numberbuntil 5 am. And finally decided to live. Another guest had an issue with his key and was in the lobby calling and knocking too. My guess is that he had to stay and sleep in the lobby after i left and 5am Never an apology, upsetting and dissapointing. You reserved to have the peace of mind to get there and rest. But i will necer go back there in my life

Staff is very attentive ! Rome provided a lot of assistance during my stay with my dog here. Love the other dogs as well my dog mad a couple friends. It was very relaxing & I would come back no doubt

If you’re looking for cost efficient and convenience then this is the spot ! Me and my family stayed here right before our move and the staff was really helpful. Very dog friendly. Also Romeo was very helpful as well !

Do not waste your money

The building smelled like weed. Lot of people hanging out in yhe parkinh lot. Had roaches on the floor and celling had 4 people in my room and thry only gave me 2 towel when asked for 2 was charged 1.75 Per towel. Checked in at 7 pm and checked out ar 2 am do to all the nose and party go on was able to sleep at all

BUGS! LOTS OF BUGS! Do not stay here!!

We arrived late (12 am), due to traffic. I found out his hotel on Hotels.com, checked the pictures, and it looked okay. Upon arrival at midnight, we had to call to get a desk attendant. The area was a little sketchy, and the exterior looked nothing like the pictures. Once we checked in and headed to our room, we began to question the choice of this reservation. There was a garbage bag outside of one room, and several people milling around. When we arrived at our first floor room, my husband opened the door & my daughter stepped on a roach, and I noticed MANY BUGS scampering about. Mind you, we spend several weeks camping in the summer, bugs OUTSIDE are not a problem, and maybe you wouldn’t mind bugs in your hotel room, but that is where I draw the line. The room smelled as if it had been recently sprayed for bugs, however, these bugs did not seem to mind. There were bugs all over the floor- different bugs, small roaches tiny crawling things. The critters had also ventured into the hallway. Needless to say, we immediately turned heel and walked out. The people milling around laughed and said, “Leaving so soon?!” Honestly, I could not have gotten out of their quicker. This is not a typical extended stay, but more like a subsided housing project. It was so sad to know that people are living in this bug infested hotel. Hotels.com, do BETTER! You have a responsibility to your clients to ensure pictures and accommodations meet minimum standards. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Creo que lo unico bueno de este lugar fue lo amable que son sus empleados. Por donde empezar El lugar se siente inseguro, por las personas que se quedan, es un hotel que maneja estancias largas y la gente vive aqui, el olor a droga que se maneja es fuerte, sin embargo esa unica noche que nos quedamos no nos sucedio ningun imprevisto con respecto a la seguridad, estuvo muy silencioso (punto positivo). La limpieza es lo peor, conseguimos una cucaracha pequeñita, y todo estaba como si no hubiesen limpiado en una buena temporada, las pareces, la nevera, la cocina, el baño todo manchado. El aireacondicionado full de tierra ( eso si, enfriaba muy bie ) las toalla no nos atrevimos ni a tocarlas, daban demasiado asco. Nos quedamos esa noche porque no teniamos mas opcion. Pero NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA!!!!
