Check in was good but to get room key you were sent to another desk where you were persuaded to attend a time share talk it was a nightmare we were told it would be 90 minutes but was over 2 hours and when we said we were finished they said we couldn’t leave. Never again will we stay at the resort worst ever

There wS a charge for parking which wS shocking. Where else would we park for a paid for stay. It seems like they're nickle and diming guest. The doors didn't lock properly so that was a huge concern. The door to 867 don't lock only the latch. Not the same place we have enjoyed for past 20 years.

Check in staff were friendly, contrary to some posts. They delivered a birthday basket for our son. The VIP desk wasn't overly pushy for attending a "welcome meeting" but did call twice by cell and to the room and texted following up. The pool seemed to be well maintained although the slide is no longer there. Hot tub jets didn't work. No ice machines. Beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. Really would appreciate a complementary breakfast, that's the only thing that would hit this hotel out of the park. Parking isn't cheap at $20 per day they tried to tell us it shouldnt have been charged during the timeshare sign up and attending the 90 mins "survey" would allow them to refund it, which was frustrating. Close to Walmart and some decent food. The CONS our son left his shoes at the pool and they were missing in the morning. We advised staff we were leaving for the airport and asked if they could help. We asked them to radio the housekeeping because the ones my husband could find didn't speak English, it was a no. We asked to see the lost and found carts to see if the shoes were there, because we were leaving on a plane without any shoes on my sons feet, again a no. We asked if they could assist at all and all we received was an apology. Cost us a trip to Walmart and $20 to replace shoes that could have been there. Our fault for forgetting them by the pool but they literally made zero attempt to help.

Property was nice. Room had an ant problem. Didn’t mind at first but than it became annoying having them crawl on me while in the bathroom. Also they Didn’t mention there was $250 security deposit till check in or that you have to pay $43 for parking. You would think for their nightly rate everything would be included.

Ok certainly not 5 star, i would give a 2.5
Property was ok, very dated and the seating was uncomfortable.. beds were comfortable. Kitchen amemtites were sufficient. Location was ok although lots of sitens all the time. Cost for parking was a surprise, $20US/day. Pool could of used a cleaning as there was a lot of debris from surrounding trees.
