Property inside and out needed to be dusted, swept, and vacuumed. Hostess at time of check in was putting fake fingernails on & seemed to be a bit irritated by the interruption. Got in our room next to the laundry & someone had high top tennis shoes in dryer. After a half hour of loud clunking, I went to front desk. Had her come with me & said it had to stop. Young man appeared & she told him to take them out. Hair in shower, floor not mopped in bathroom. Not much of a selection for food in morning. We like La Quinta's but won't stay here again.

Location is good. Reception for checking in was great. We had 2 rooms with king beds. My sister had to go to 3 different rooms to get one acceptable—1 had standard bed instead of king, 1 the refrigerator didnt work. The 3rd room was ok. My room was ok from the beginning. Bed was comfy.

First room tv did not work so they switched room. Fridge did not work in this one but I didn’t know until the morning and I am on a special diet. The person who switched room didn’t switch it in the morning so at 11 they were banging on the door telling me I did not belong in this room. So the manager had to come up. I arrived late so I was sleeping in.

The elevator sounded like it was going to break, it shook and rattled. The toilet was plugged the entire time and the shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. Also we were directly across from the loudest ice machine ever known to mankind. There were other problems including desk people who could barely pay attention. It was bad.
