I recommend staying at Hampton Inn Ft Smith. The Hot tub and pool was really nice and spacious. Great furniture! The Hot tub is outside and really enjoyed the night sky while relaxing. The Parker Lodge
Room was kind of dingy but mostly clean, super sketchy area, someone drugged out was outside hollering all night. You can hear every single car that drives by. Other than that, good location and you get what you pay for.

The construction workers pretty much wiped the breakfast out. I reserved a room with a jetted tub but didn’t get it. It is within walking distance of chili’s and outback steak house.
