Fort Smith Vacation Packages

It's pretty clean, but shower curtains needs to be changed because it smells. The staffs were nice. I booked 5 rooms for 2 nights and first night was issue with heating. Other rooms were fine but one was cold and heat didn't work. Staff said because they way it's built can't do anything about it so gave more blankets. What? If that's the case other rooms heating was fine. They could have moved room for us, but no. Then house cleaning came in and didn't do much. Towels weren't even changed out on one of the rooms. An item was missing on one of the rooms and medications were missing/taken that was left in a ziplock bag in another room. Wasn't not a good experience for us.

All around great stay
