They put a lot of time and money into the renovation of the lobby. There was, however, a lot of trash in the parking lot and no renovation in the rooms. There was no phone in the room to call the lobby. I had to go back down to get a code for the wifi. Everything is a scan-a-code for self-check-in. Scan a code for the wifi. The only food available was a little corner of microwave stuff and chips... self-scan. I prefer a little more human assistance after driving all day.

The Hotel Pontotoc was perfect. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. I will definitely return.

My only complaint honestly. I wish the rooms were more consistent with what they have in the kitchens. Example one room I stayed in was missing oven mitts so even though I had baking trays I couldn't use the oven.

The staff was so friendly, the ground were beautiful, the little Pb&j snack was so fun! Overall we loved it, next door to Graceland which is why we chose it.. the only downfall.. the WiFi was horrible!

Loved it !!!

Clean, friendly, a bit further than I thought to get to Beal St. But it is diffently walkable.

This is not the destination for families!!!
