My key would not let me in the 24 hour gym. I had to pay for coffee pods. No complimentary coffee or creamer in the lobby. No hot tub. The room did not come with a fridge or a microwave. Rooms were dirty. In our first room 2 lamps were broken and the tv did not work. They gave is a new room and the tv only got 1 channel. The overall condition of the room was gross.

Hampton Inn by Hilton Fort Smith
This place was clean and the room was perfect. The only thing I would say was kinda of a pain is the elevator was slow. There was two elevators but only one was working. I assume the other one was a service elevator. I would definitely stay there again.
