Clean and nice room, nice covered parking lot, friendly staff, great breakfast.

Beautiful room with beautiful views, perfectly located close to the lake, shops, restaurants. Cannot fault the staff and their breakfast service was lovely. The bathroom was gorgeous!

Very nice boutique hotel close to all of the main Milan sights. Easy to walk anywhere from the Duomo to the Castello Sforzesco or the fashion district. Good local restaurants right around the corner as well. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent and good value.

I emailed in advance highlighting it was my partners birthday and asking if they could mark the occasion. Nothing was done and I didn’t even receive a response. The shower tap was broken in our room and kept falling off. One evening there was a loss of water power throughout the room and finally, housekeeping failed to replace the cups in our room throughout the stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They are definitely one of the hotel's greatest assets. The hotel is very new and well maintained. I stayed in a suite with a large balcony overlooking both the lake and the surrounding mountains. The was spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The infinity pool and spa facilities were beautiful and created a very relaxing atmosphere, Although I only stayed for one night, I found myself wishing I had booked a longer stay. If I return to this area in the future, I will definitely stay for at least two nights. Highly recommended!
