Terrible very ran down old deplorable,, roaches, locks broken no tv cable some rooms no tv smells lime marijuana.. This place needs shut down ,

It was filthy had roaches and a gap under the door a small animal could fit through and the tv didn’t work plug would spark and u had to unplug tv to use microwave or fridge horrible experience

First room was not cleaned, looked like someone was staying there. Second room was pretty nasty. Stained chairs, stains on the sheets, dirt and fingerprints on the walls and floor. Bathroom door barely closed and was swollen and broken at the bottom. No outlet covers on the outlets. Overall this is a nasty place to stay. Don’t do it.

The price was just right for my family, which gave my family an opportunity to stay an extra night. I would definitely stay here again. Unfortunately, I didn’t like that I had pay an extra 75$ deposit fee just to add an extra day to my stay. That was a total of $150 just in deposit. Not sure what that’s about. Anyhow, Our room was placed in a perfect place that accommodated my family, more so for my daughter who is (high functioning, on the spectrum). Place could definitely be pressure washed. Especially the balcony that looks over the pool. Also, towels were limited. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

DISGUSTING

When I first got there, there was a man yelling at the front desk lady because they had forgot to mention that they would be taking a $75 deposit fee (also the first time I was notified but it wasn't a big deal to me because it would later be reimbursed). When it was my turn the staff was terribly rude to me. Didn't say hello, didn't ask if I was checking in or anything. The only words he said to me were "Id Ma'am". And then asked me how I was paying for the security deposit. And then I went up to my room. Filthy. Gross. There was hair from someone else's head on my bed. The floor looks like it hasn't been swept for months. And they didn't provide enough towels for my party. And then when I decided to go and relax in the pool it was absolutely filthy. There was trash INSIDE THE POOL let alone a whole bunch of leaves and band aids. And then these teenagers we at the pool BLARING music at 10 at night. I would honestly say this was the most disappointing visit I've had in pidgeon forge.

You get what you pay for

Their front desk associate avoided eye contact, pretty sure we had black mold above our shower, the sink was missing the drain topper, the bedding was subpar, other guests were loud (uncontrollable).

At first check in was quick. But then they put us in a room that wasn't ready for anybody to check in there. No fridge, microwave, empty room. Then booked us into a 3rd floor room in the back and people were cooking out , drinking alcohol, yelling and smoking at least past 11oclock. No one at front desk took care of it. Lost water for awhile, no alert to this. Floor dirty, not enough towels, just not a good place overall.

We arrived fairly late. There were some problems with the room door which prevented us from getting in until 20 minutes later. The room was missing a fire alarm, one of the lights was coming off the wall, one of the deadbolts wasn’t working, there were stains on the bed cover, and the towels and shower had stains and hair on them. The parking was also limited.
