Missing light bulbs in the bathroom,bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, water spots on the ceiling, empty tip envelope left from previous guest left out on the desk. Great location to the island though didn’t want to complain at the desk because was fully booked for event and didn’t want to find a room last minute

Everyone was very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the daily included breakfast voucher to Reagans house of pancakes also. Will definitely stay here again when in town.

The rooms need an update, furniture looks a bit dated..mattress was very hard. The staff was excellent and maid service was exceptional. Location and parking was a big plus.

The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the outdoor fire pit, coffee/tea/lemonade and donuts available all day. Free pancake breakfast at the restaurant across the street. Location was great and in the center of everything. Would definitely stay at this resort again in the future.

The bathroom was dirty. The tub a little soap scum abd black mold could have been killed with bleach. The fireplace didn’t work. There was no remote for the cable to watch sec. Other than that it was “ok”.

Pros: check in staff were excellent, they tried to make it a good experience with games available, the room was generally clean but was dusty. Cons: it’s in need of renovation. The ceiling in the main room was peeling off , the bathroom ceiling was rusted, dirty and stained. The lampshades were taped back together. While I was able to stay for one night I would not go back.

It is easily accessible and can walk to The Island and different shops and restaurants. Free breakfast voucher for pancakes at Reagan's or have coffee, fruit and donuts in lobby. Rocking chairs on walkway! Will be my go to place from now on, hidden gem.😉 Staff so friendly!
