Great stay!
The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the outdoor fire pit, coffee/tea/lemonade and donuts available all day. Free pancake breakfast at the restaurant across the street. Location was great and in the center of everything. Would definitely stay at this resort again in the future.

The bathroom was dirty. The tub a little soap scum abd black mold could have been killed with bleach. The fireplace didn’t work. There was no remote for the cable to watch sec. Other than that it was “ok”.

They tried
Pros: check in staff were excellent, they tried to make it a good experience with games available, the room was generally clean but was dusty. Cons: it’s in need of renovation. The ceiling in the main room was peeling off , the bathroom ceiling was rusted, dirty and stained. The lampshades were taped back together. While I was able to stay for one night I would not go back.

It is easily accessible and can walk to The Island and different shops and restaurants. Free breakfast voucher for pancakes at Reagan's or have coffee, fruit and donuts in lobby. Rocking chairs on walkway! Will be my go to place from now on, hidden gem.😉 Staff so friendly!

This is the best property that I have ever stayed in in pigeon forge. Perfect location, walkable to so many places in pigeon forge. And extras such as free breakfast, coffee, lemonade, hot chocolate fruits available twenty four hours a day in the lobby. Loner fishing rods in some sports equipment
