The room was very cleaned . Everything was wonderful there. The only thing i seen wrong was our door was hard to open and shut. It was room 506 when we went to our room the door wasn't even shut . It really needs to be worked on. Other then that everything was great. Breakfast was good jist wished we could have had bacon instead of sausage the 2 days we were there..lol

First time staying. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. It just needed more than one towel hook in the bathroom. I also wish we could have controlled the light to the balcony, that way we could have sat out with the light off so it wouldn’t attract bugs.

This location is very convenient to all area attractions including Dollywood, Anakeesta, Smoky Mountains, etc. Friendly staff, nice breakfast and indoor/ outdoor pools.

Check in was rough! 1st room was never cleaned after previous check out. Next room, same! 3rd room finally clean so communication between maid service and front Desk was definitely off!! after a long.day of travel and wanting to get to the room this was definitely inconvenience and took about 20 minutes to get figured out after 2 unsuccessful trips up to a room!!! Room was clean and comfy overall and breakfast was good. Location was good and area was clean and safe.. was disappointed in hot tubs both didn't work properly and were literally bubbling about a foot high, Someone finally turned jets off cause you couldn't enjoy and the water was disgusting!! We got out immediately, food, paper, leaves and garbage was floating!!

Liked that the property was in a centralized location; lots of eating places, lots of traffic but relatively easy to get in and out. The property was a bit further in a little difficult to find and the picture of the parking lot is much more appealing than the actual. Waited to be checked in while the room of another guest in front of me was being prepared. Asked front desk personnel to be checked in while waiting but was advised to wait until the other guest's room was ready to be occupied. The room was incompletely furnished. There was a light near the night stand but no furniture.

The Walden Pigeon Forge Pros 1. Rooms are a very nice size and recently updated. 2. Continental breakfast was very good. 3. Pool is open until 2am. 4. The balcony off every room was very nice with comfortable chairs. Cons 1. Bathroom has a sliding barn door, which is not very private. 2. Refrigerator did not cool down. Our drinks were lukewarm at best, even after having them look at it. *Sunday morning we woke up and the refrigerator was cold. 3. Asked 3 times to have my 3 rooms together, only 2 were together and we had to decide who had to split from us. 4. Traffic is very loud all hours of the day/night.

Sparkling clean, renewed facilities; but the free breakfast was awfulas well as the WiFi. Specially the breakfast is the worst I have ever tried, no variety of options, fruit no fresh, no cream cheese, no mayonnaise, only 2 cereals, only 1 option of eggs (scrambled), only 1 meat per day (bacon or spicy mini sausage), only 1 kind of bread and 1 of muffin, not even water.
