Nice hotel. The ladies working the front counter were not very friendly and look at customers as of they are a nuisance even before speaking. Their was a guy (sorry didn't catch name/bald) that was super friendly and talked to everyone. I assume he is the manager. If not he certainly should be. Hopefully his great attitude and customer service runs off on the staff around him.

It’s a nice hotel.
Nice and clean. Good location for Dollywood and restaurants. Breakfast was not great, staff were really not friendly at this service. Reception staff were lovely.

Great stay but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Stayed for a week for an event and definitely need to recover. Wouldn’t stay here again simply because of the bed but the location and hotel itself was nice

Perfect place! It was quiet and clean. It had a hot tub, pool, and amazing room. We got the top floor and the view of the town was beautiful. The shower/tub had VERY hot water. Free breakfast which was decent, and complimentary drinks in the lobby. There's no vending machine but they do have a snack/drink bar at the front desk. Overall, it was the best hotel I've ever been to!

Nicest hotel we have stayed at in Pigeon Forge. Everything is very clean and everyone is very nice especially the manager Vincent. Hotel also has an excellent free breakfast. It was our second time staying there and will definitely be back.

Three nights in Pigeon Forge
All of our needs were met. The small deck was a nice surprise we enjoyed in the mornings. This was the first time we were served ham at breakfast. I enjoyed the bacon, too. Francisco was a diligent worker, not only at the breakfast, but throughout the day inside and outside of the hotel. We enjoyed getting to know him briefly.
