Clean inside and outside. Great breakfast- eggs, bacon , sausage , country ham (meats offered on different days ), biscuits and gravy, waffles. Lots of parking. Great seating with fire pit for relaxing.

We stayed there last weekend and we had an AMAZING time. Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge owes me nothing!!! The facilities were clean and nice, the view was great, free breakfast was great the staff and locals were so friendly!!!! Thank you for a great experience we will be back!!!

We like the changes!!!

We asked for a balcony facing the Island and we got it, we spent a lot of downtime out that. We stayed there 2 years ago before the remodel what a major improvement!!!
