I booked this room through Expedia and felt like I got a good rate for 2 nights, $238 total. The staff was very nice and their breakfast was a nice variety, hot if you chose. The room we had, had a balcony and it was great for watching the geese and mallards, the stream was beautiful and calming. The only real complaint is the dated room. I felt like this room wasn't used often, cleaned well or repaired or updated, the beds that felt like a double instead of queens, seemed clean but again dated and pretty worn, including bedding. I would stay there again but would emphasize another, newer room. Im a big coffee drinker and usually bring my own mini Keurig and supplies however didnt this time because of the short stay, I wish I had! The coffee maker in the room was disgusting, didnt even plug it in. I didnt report it because I had my 2 young grandsons and a coffee pot wasnt priority. I'll just continue to carry mine when traveling
The place is a great location. All the employees were very nice and accommodating.
Room was comfortable ; however, the bathroom needed repairs and the hallway had a leak and need some attention. The manager did offer to move me, but decided to stay. The breakfast was good as well.
Overall I would recommend due to location , comfortability, and great service.
In addition, it felt safe which is important for me.

It’s fine. A good location for going to Dollywood. It’s not a congested area and that’s good.Close to coming in to Pigeon Forge and leaving when we get to go through the mountains.
The front desk staff that we interacted with nice & helpful but that was about it.
Paid for a room with 2 queens, but these are not true queen beds. We had just slept on queen beds the 3 nights prior to staying here & these definitely felt smaller. The softness of the beds were ok but could have been a little softer.
There is mold growing under the lip of the shower wall.
There’s water stains down our hall with nasty water stains on the carpet below, in the dining area right above the work desk & didn’t even try to fix it nicely. It looks horrible where they “tried to fix it”. That’s out in the hall thank goodness not in the room but the carpets are nasty looking in the whole place; just looks dirty.
Some kind of food on the floor of 1 of the elevators & it was 2 days before it was cleaned out.
They didn’t even clean the sink counter because there was toothpaste still on it. Thank God I brought Clorox wipes.
I booked the room for 4 people yet only had 3 bath clothes and 2 towels. So I had to ask for more.
Breakfast and food area: I understand it was JUST past the cut off time of 9:30 on Friday morning, but with people in line & more kept coming, I mean several people, wanting breakfast, the guy overseeing it would NOT refill the food that was almost totally empty. Breakfast set up is totally inefficient. We will NOT BE BACK and I do not recommend this place.
It was really good. Customer service was excellent we were here for Christmas weekend getaway. Enjoyed our stay traffic was a bit much but overall friendliness of the staff and hotel was excellent.
Waited 20 minutes at checkin for someone to come to the desk. Hotel is showing age and maintenance level. Weird that it shares a parking lot with a sketchy motel. Place reeked of marijauna when we arrived.
Heated pool was wonderful. Breakfast was average. Staff at breakfast were very nice and helpful. Overall, will pay the extra to stay at resort next time. There was no reasonably priced accomodations there when we booked due to holiday.
I checked in and got my room number. When i walked into the room it smelled like cigarette smoke dispite paying for a nonsmoking room. When I brought it up to the worker at the front desk she told me that they could have someone there to clean it at 7pm (we checked in at 3 and had to get ready for a rehersal dinner and leave by 5 so we couldnt wait 4 hours for them to clean the room). We switched to a different room and we downgraded rooms dispite paying for the better room. I asked her to put us in a room that matches what I paid for. She told me that they did not have anymore rooms available and it was my fault for not waiting for the cleaner to come. She was very rude throughout the whole process. She told me repeatedly she was the manager and would not give me her bosses number or call him and let me speak to them. She said since she was the manager thats all anyone could do for us. However, she was not even a manager as I found out later. Yet she tells everyone she is the manager. Along with all of this every time we stepped off the elevator on the 5th floor it always smelled like cigarette smoke. Overall the experience was bad. The only good thing was the gentleman that helped clean our room of the smoke so we could be in the original room I paid for. He was a huge help and he saved our stay as much as he could. Me and my family come to pigeon forge at least two times a year. This whole experience has probably turned me off to this hotel for all future stays.
