I was told our room would be creek side and it was. Room was very clean and comfortable, reasonably priced too. Definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel away from the busier part of town. Very convenient to Gatlinburg. We were there for 4 nights. Breakfast was a nice perk. I had read before my stay that the cleanliness at this property was only average and that was what I found. I did see mold in the shower, carpets were a bit stained, as were the sheets. The sink drain was clogged. All things that I could look past for the nightly rate. Towels were replenished daily, and trash taken out, but beds were not made and there was no overall cleaning during our stay.

We stayed here for two nights — upon arrival we were excited due to the location. Walking in, the lobby was clean and smelled pleasant. We were on the 5th floor. Once we got onto the elevator we noticed scratch marks all over the elevator door profanity carved onto the walls inside the elevator. After getting off the elevator onto the 5th floor, the hall was so dim and dark. There was a musty smell stains all over the carpeted floors. We arrived to our room where the smell was more pungent, so much that we chose to go to the local Walmart to get air fresheners. Floors in our room were even more stained, baseboards looked dusty and looked like it hadn’t been dusted in months. We checked the bed for bugs (out of precaution) and under the sheet on the mattress topper it looks like urine stains. The thermostat was also broken, so we couldn’t turn the air conditioner down. The pillows were small, accent pillow size and the bed was hard. The bathroom was small and only had the toilet and the shower, the sink was outside of the bathroom. On Saturday morning we did notice the housekeeper was in our hallway, but they had no additional sheets on their carts, so I’m not sure how often sheets/bedding are being changed. We didn’t eat any of the breakfast offered. Aside from the location being good, I wouldn’t recommend this facility whatsoever. But if you decide to book, just be aware pictures are VERY deceiving.

Review of our stay
The hotel is dated. Something sticky on the night stand, the sink was slow to drain. I inadvertently booked a handicap room and was told that I could not change to a regular room. The handicap shower leaked to the door. Our balcony had a roof connected to it and we were greeted by geese everyday. The chair in the room had a very dirty arm and I did not want to sit in it. It seems that when I book through hotels.com they so always get the cheapest room in the hotel.

You get what you pay for! This is near the water and is easy to get to. The pillows were not that great but other than that it was descent. We have stayed in better.

Short trip with family!
This hotel was good forthe short time we were in pigeon forge tn. The only thing that definitely needs improvement is the lighting in the hallways. Walking down the walls can feel a little creepy because there are not alot of lights so the hallways are pretty dark.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the room we stayed in had a mold issue. Visible mold in the bathroom. By day two, everyone in our party was waking up with headaches and congestion. We left and spent one night in another hotel on the trip home and symptoms resolved.
