Waited 20 minutes at checkin for someone to come to the desk. Hotel is showing age and maintenance level. Weird that it shares a parking lot with a sketchy motel. Place reeked of marijauna when we arrived. Heated pool was wonderful. Breakfast was average. Staff at breakfast were very nice and helpful. Overall, will pay the extra to stay at resort next time. There was no reasonably priced accomodations there when we booked due to holiday.

I checked in and got my room number. When i walked into the room it smelled like cigarette smoke dispite paying for a nonsmoking room. When I brought it up to the worker at the front desk she told me that they could have someone there to clean it at 7pm (we checked in at 3 and had to get ready for a rehersal dinner and leave by 5 so we couldnt wait 4 hours for them to clean the room). We switched to a different room and we downgraded rooms dispite paying for the better room. I asked her to put us in a room that matches what I paid for. She told me that they did not have anymore rooms available and it was my fault for not waiting for the cleaner to come. She was very rude throughout the whole process. She told me repeatedly she was the manager and would not give me her bosses number or call him and let me speak to them. She said since she was the manager thats all anyone could do for us. However, she was not even a manager as I found out later. Yet she tells everyone she is the manager. Along with all of this every time we stepped off the elevator on the 5th floor it always smelled like cigarette smoke. Overall the experience was bad. The only good thing was the gentleman that helped clean our room of the smoke so we could be in the original room I paid for. He was a huge help and he saved our stay as much as he could. Me and my family come to pigeon forge at least two times a year. This whole experience has probably turned me off to this hotel for all future stays.

This was such a nice hotel. Our room looked over the creek. Room was big. Bathroom was kinda odd, it had tub and toilet, but sink and mirror was out by coat rack. Our stay was very nice other wise.

The room was clean however, the fridge had someone’s left over food in it. The ice machine did not work on the 7th floor. The hallway was dark and needed more lighting.

We enjoyed the large room and balcony. The only thing we did not like is that the pool closed at 9pm. By the time we got back from the shows the kids could not swim.

This was our first time to stay at Country Inn and Suites in Pigeon Forge. Greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk staff Janielle. She was working the day of check out and she was equally helpful and friendly with a big smile even at 6 am. The breakfast was awesome and the food/dining room staff was great!

When we first arrived the front desk clerk was very rude. When I booked the room I was never told about paying incidental fees. My room for three night was supposed to be $326 but my card was charged $374. On top of that my wife and I had to change bed linen upon arrival due to the bed linen being dirty. The room needs a deep cleaning, we noticed 2 large spider webs on the side of the bed. The spider webs looked like they been there a long time due to the size of them. The breakfast was just ok, same food everyday. They kept recycling the bread to the point it was too hard to eat. The elevators need maintenance. Our stay was okay. The hotel is located near a lot of attractions, shopping and restaurants.

Stayed for 2 nights before heading to Gatlinburg. The staff was friendly and asked if we needed anything since they clean every 3rd day. Very clean. Liked our balcony room over the river. Beds were okay but I might just be spoiled with my own.

Smell from cleaning products upon entering hotel burnt our noses and throats. Mold around bathroom fixtures. Air conditioner did not work and had water puddled on top and curtains soaked with water.
