Tĥe place was nasty ,the walk way was dirty,dirty clothes laying in parking lot,bed matteres laying. Along walk way coulden̈t get in room had to go back to office get another card,then went in room to check it out only 1 light working.smelled nasty, dirty i went back to office told them about everything and canceled it went to Traveĺ lodge by Wyndham and got a room .then the days inn charged me 187.00 dollars.

Honest opinion
The room did not have a table light or alarm clock, it appeared yo be recently remodeled but the holes in the night srand did not align with outlet. The shower had issues of its own. They did not put washcloths in the room we had to ask and then wait for some to be laundered. Upon check in and out the dssk personnel were more worried about talking on cell phones. However, the location is convenient to attractions.

I don't know what the business looks like nor cleanliness I got cancelled 1 hour away at 2 o'clock they tried getting a payment at 2 but check in time was at 4 called them and asked why they trying to get payment then was told I was being mean and told I no longer have a room and that it was cancelled.

Don't pay too much for this hotel
There weren't actual blankets on the bed, the rooms came with only two towels and you had to ask for everything. The room was never cleaned over 4 days, which I don't mind, but it would have been nice to know that up front. I wasn't sure it was safe either. It was okay for what I paid but I would not have liked to pay more.

Decent for one night
Checking in was okay. The attendant was lounging in a chair beside the desk ready to lock up when we arrived. No big deal. Check in was fine. No details to the room, wifi access or anything about breakfast but its fine. Got yo the room, torn up couch so we just used it to sit our stuff on. Lots if room and it was clean. We have a 2 bedroom suite. The ac/heater isnt working in one of the rooms. I UNPLUGGED IT AND PKUGGED IT BACK IN TO RESET IT CAUSE IT WOULDNT POWER ON AND IT SHOT OUT FIRE. kinda scary. We just left ug alone. I did ask for a remote for that room but no one brought one. Only here for one night but wouldnt stay again. Beds are comforrable and clean. The balcony would be nice but theres alot of trash on the ground and its not very dun to look at so not gonna enjoy that. It definately is a cheap room for a reason but is close to dollywood and convenient. The kids did love the jacuzzi tub in the room. 4 beds are nice and 2 bathrooms work great with 6 of us.

I checked in around 9:30 10 o’clock and then I went and grab something to eat for dinner and came home. It was midnight. I open the door. There were no blankets on the beds no bedspread no towels. No toilet paper room was filthy. Tried to call. Nobody answered. Walked all the way down. Told the lady I needed to get either into another room or somebody needs to get the beds made up in this room and cleaned it up. She handed me some towels and said that can’t do anything about it, I want my money back. I’ve tried to call no avail. I’m fixing to take it off on my credit card. I do have photos isn’t it convenient? It will not let me put the photos on.

This is by far the worst room I've ever booked. My child was afraid to stay in this room. The bathtub had mold, the door had a hole that looked like someone had punched it. The second bed in the first room was broke down, the carpet was coming up in the doorway of the second bedroom.

Had to ask front desk for towels. They had no wash cloths or hand towels. There was no breakfast. The office was locked until after breakfast. I called the emergency number posted on the door and the person who answered said breakfast was only coffee and granola bars. I was there for four days and it did not appear that the roo was cleaned even once.

The room had no towels, we had to go to the front desk (3 times) to ask for some, and only got 2 towels on our 3rd visit. The first time we went to ask for towels was around 10:55pm, the doors to the front desk were locked and the employee did not respond to knocks. The towels were not clean - they looked like they'd been stepped on or dragged through the parking lot. The room had no remote control for the TV, the bed sheets were stained and looked like they had straight-up dirt in them. The pillow cases were also stained, the pillows themselves were also flat and the filling was clumped. The floor was sticky (almost like it was washed with sugar water) and visibly dirty in most places The tub had a red line of dirt on it as well as black stains. Water pressure in the sink and the shower was extremely weak. The first night, the toilet would not stop running - my partner had to go and fix it himself so we could sleep. Rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, so trash accumulates. The lamps were new, which was nice.

The shower was disgusting, there was no phone, tv didn't work, deadbolt on door didn't work, saftey latch was broken so only lock was the doorknob and the door wasn't even closed when I got there. I told them i wanted a refund because i wasn't staying there. Front desk said i had to csll Expedia because I booked through them, of course they're was no phone number for them.

Upon my arrival, the front doors are locked and nobody is in the lobby. There was a sign posted on the door saying to call the number posted. I did that, it went straight to a voicemail where I was unable to leave a message. I had to find another room to stay that night and lost my money for this hotel..
