The property was horrible. My room was given to someone else when I got here so had to go through 3 room to get me a room. There was no faucet none to turn water shower on. Didn’t have a shower head. Racks for hanging towel don’t stay on wall. Heater stinks like burning so can’t even turn heater on. Hair dryer is so full of dust can’t even us it. Place is so dusty.

Toilet didn't work, toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall, door didn't lock, carpet was ripped and filthy, no wifi, and BED BUGS!!! Lady at the front desk was nice though.

There was no linens in bathroom beds had dirt in them sheets had to be asked for. Towels also. Roaches in bathroom door seal was torn off. Loud and disruptive environment no one in office for checkout no receipts non English speaking attendants. Only one room attendant no breakfast even tho it was advertised. Would like FULL refund of money spent. Very dissatisfied! I will not use this establishment again!

First room had mold growing in the bathroom walls and the second room they gave us had no towels, blankets or remote for the tv. Got towels but they didn’t have any more blankets so they gave us 3 more sheets instead. The bathroom door was hanging on by one hinge, smoke detector beeped all night and the shower curtain was hanging by a thread. They didn’t seem to care about customer satisfaction. Will not stay here again.

original room had open door and was not cleaned. First thing they offered me a refund. I had to ask for another room. No washcloths in room. Stairwell filthy. Ice machine inoperative. TV didn't work, I notified front desk and they said they would send someone to fix it but never die. No phone in room. No wakeup call service. No room service in a full week stay. Had to raid housecare cart to get soap, washcloths, and towels. Other guests die same thing. small hole in sheet rock that was not repaired. trash cans overflowing in common areas. Beds were made with the bed sheet on top of the blankets instead of under the blanket, so that your body touched the blanket when you slept. In 73 years I have never seen a bed made like that.

Nothing did I like the property was dirty wet the floors were wet the sink did not have cold water something was spilled on the floor. The first night we had no wash rags and we never got them. Needless to say we did not stay the third night.

When we first checked in we were given the code to a room that was already occupied. We were given another room and it did not have have any bath rags -- only 2 towels. The floors were nasty -- turn the bottoms of your feet black nasty. The only amenities of the ones listed on the website were a small refrigerator and the TV. We will not be staying at this motel again! 👎👎👎

I will never stay there again. The floors were disgusting. The looks didn’t work and was broken to our hotel room. When we came back to the hotel, our rooms door was wide open like someone else had access to it.

Dont have rooms available if not ready to stay in!
They were in the middle of remodeling the rooms. We got one not done. The room smelled. The TVs didnt work or have remotes. We had already reserved for 2 nights. The second night we asked for remotes...couldnt get them to work. No towels in the room upon arrival. Each night had to request for them. Got 3 towels. No wash cloths or hand towels. Saw a cockroach in toilet drinking water. Worse part, door did not have a chain and dead bolt didnt work...A man with a key possibly master key came into our room at 7 am. Did not feel safe after that. Husband was able to fix screws on door to bolt. Good thing the bed wasnt too bad. The man that gave us the room was nice. If the town wasnt full wouldnt have stayed.
