Carpet in room was very dated and looked dirty. There was no ventilation in the bathroom. Shower head not adequate, did not have working alternate settings. The pool was blocked by the sun in the afternoon, which is when you would want to use it.

Nice property but HVAC in room sounded like a jet. No response when told front office. Also, breakfast sausages were stone cold. Probably not healthy at that temp.

Nice stay. Hotel prices have extreme fluctuations from weekends to midweek. Honestly not worth the weekend price. There are nicer hotels for less on the weekend.

The property is a bit outdated & has a lot of carpeting. Housekeeping does a great job with cleaning, but I feel older carpet always holds a smell. The breakfast was good & they had a lot of options. Also, pet friendly which was a plus. Neighbors were all quiet & we were able to sleep peacefully. Close by all the main attractions in Pigeon Forge.

Liked the location and easy accessibility to main strip in town. Had a great view from our room. Had a nice outdoor seating area with fireplace. Main driveway to get to hotel was blocked off for our entire stay, not sure why? Bed was not comfortable, very hard.

Everything was good about our stay except one major problem. Housekeeping must not have rinsed out the cleaning product from the tub. My husband stepped in the tub, slipped and fell out. Luckily he just ended up with a few bruises but this could’ve ended very badly. A guest could get critically injured! I tried to tell the front desk about the issue but they all seemed too busy to speak to me. I am not one to ever complain but this needed to be addressed for the future.

Facility had a great pool/hot tub. Rooms were old but it appeared to be taken care of. Our toilet ran the whole time. Maintenance did come once but still ran. The AC units are old and really moldy/musty. Messes with your sinuses so bring nasal spray
