We travel frequently to Pigeon Forge, and that was the first time I stayed at Hilton Garden. For the price, I really did expect a more comfortable stay. The good parts - polite staff at the desk, and the hostess/waitress in the breakfast area is outstanding in her role. She was an absolute delight. The food was nice, as well. The lobby area is also quiet lovely. Not great? The lobby level bathroom was disgusting. It desperately needed attention even first thing in the morning. I was up early, because my bed was possibly the least comfortable bed I have slept on since camping with my daughters a few years ago. The pillows were awful, as well. The living area of the junior suite was well arranged, but the sleeping side was extremely crammed. The bed by the balcony had approximately 12-14" between the side of the bed and the wall. I do not see myself staying here again.

We had a last minute trip planned and booked the first affordable property. We were NOT disappointed. The staff is friendly, the rooms were clean and had lots of pillows. The food at the bar was also very affordable and tasty. We will be back.
