Pictures are misleading on this hotel. It was just ok, with service being just ok, room being cramped and just ok. Best part of the hotel is the bar downstairs and the bartender.

Toilet almost overflowed started at 6:30 pl. contacted front desk at 6:39. Took that 10 minutes to get someone to answer front desk phone. They told me they would send a plunger. I’m not really interested in working on the hotel plumbing. They said they would send someone to check the problem. We continued to call off and on until around 10 pm. Still unable to use the toilet my husband went down to the front desk. They finally sent a man. He came I. The room and put a plunger in the middle of the bathroom doorway and left. Finally I contacted Hotels.com and chatted with someone. They immediately contacted the hotel and we were finally able to move to another room. This wasn’t a very pleasant experience. Thanks to Hotel.com we were able to enjoy the rest of our trip.

The whole property is really nice and clean. And it’s literally right next-door to a mini golf course so that could be fun for the kids.

Fantastic location. Easy access to Pigeon Forge attractions and restaurants by walking or using tram system. Safe environment but all of Pigeon Forge seems to be a safe area. Nice views of the area from the windows and balcony. Public areas and rooms are clean and up-to-date. Staff is courteous but could use additional training to solve minor problems quicker. Overall, a very good experience and I’ll probably stay here the next time I’m in Pigeon Forge.

Happy with stay. Would stay there again.

Both room and bathroom was large and accommodated both of our needs when getting ready. It had free parking and was ideally located for our stay and visit to dollywood and gatlinburg. We also took a walk to the nearby Margaretville. There was a shuttle but we didnt use it. We had a storm so it wasn't warm during our stay - the room aircon was controlled by a wall remote but it did not actually control the aircon unit. We asked the desk staff and they came up to help but had the same problem, in the end we covered the fan space with a towel to stop the breeze.

What we liked great location. What we didn't like coffee machine in our room didn't work then going downstairs for breakfast the next morning to find out it cost $15 per person for a breakfast you get for free at most places
