We enjoyed the stay, and the annemities the hotel offers including breakfast buffet or late night food. A day time curtain (sheer) to let day light in would have been nice... but not a deal breaker! Liked the large fridge as well the microwave and laundry option.

Great room, bad pool

The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. There were many things to do that were within walking distance. Our room was spacious, clean, and very nice. My only complaint is the pool. It was ice cold, and the hot tub was out of service. My little boy was so excited to swim, but was unable to because the water was too cold for him to enjoy.

The staff was very very friendly and helpful. We booked the hotel for the pool and it was very cold and dirty so we were unable to use it. They let us cancel our second day free of pently but I was very disappointed we couldn't use the pool.

Vacation

We travel to Pigeon Forge 10 to 12 times per year. We always try to stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites because we have never been disappointed. Rooms are always clean; staff is friendly and accommodating, no complaints here.
