beautiful views, seamless check-in
very easy, seamless check in (or lack of), code is sent to you the day before so there’s no check in process or back and forth. the view is beautiful, the area is nice & quiet. the place was clean, the wifi was good, the building was mostly quiet (only complaint would be that the footsteps of the people staying above us were very loud but thats typical in a condo-like environment). Its very quick drive to Dollywood (~10 mins, never encountered any traffic) & even closer to Dolly’s Stampede. It’s not right in the middle of all the exciting Pigeon Forge activities but its not a far drive to get there! i would definitely recommend this place to others!

Amazing! Dont pass this place up!
This place is amazing! Quiet, clean and great accommodations. Each unit has its own private back patio. Full kitchen, full size fridge, washer and dryer. Great for a family! Our unit had two bedrooms, so everyone had their own space. Very spacious living room. Everything was very clean. The pool is huge. The scenery is amazing. It is just off the main strip of town, so you are far enough away to not get all the noise of the cuty, but close enough to be close to everything. I will definitely be stying here next time we visit.

There was no clear posting of smoking areas, or dog walking areas. I was under impression that we would be near the pool and on ground floor. We were not. Alot of people hanging out outside and watching us go in and out. Jacuzzi tub was broken, blinds broken, pool table worn, toilet broken, but it was clean , and had plenty of room.

Nice clean place, big comfortable rooms, smart TV in every room. Full kitchen, living room, partially covered deck. Only the room with the bunk beds didn't have its own bathroom (which did mean someone had to have kids coming through their room to use the bathroom). Quick walk to nice pool with very well kept pool house, with couches and quality air hockey table and foosball and ping pong and clean bathrooms. Up a hill a half a mile or so, so while young strong people may have been able to walk to the main drag with all the restaurants and stores, we old out of shape types had to drive to everything. All in all, nice place.
