Our tubs, for both the rooms were clogged, and nobody would clean them. The hotel staff did not provide me with clean sheets, even though I offered to change them myself. The pool floor was very grimy and dirty and nasty. And they seem to be constantly working on the hot tub, even though it seemed to be fine to me when they started it up. All the staff were very rude, except for the cleaning crew and the maintenance staff.

Room was clean and comfortable. The location and staff were great. However going to bed and waking up to the smell of cigarettes and weed made the stay unpleasant. We had a non smoking room but the smoking section was the whole 2nd floor under us and it was busy! The hotel needs to make changes to smoking policy or the wrong crowd will become regulars.

Remodeled room, but left carpet in, yuck! The sheets on bed had hair and lint of all kinds. Small bathroom. Small pillows.Beds ok. Nice large tv. LOUD street noise. Real nice indoor pool and hot tub and area with chairs and tables. Hot breakfast was good, but is in second building. It is a large dining area, clean bathrooms. Nice lady working there did a great job. Front desk staff seamed nice. Fairley easy to get in and out at street.

Great stay
The room was warm and clean when we arrived. The TV is MASSIVE but only has cable. The front desk staff were all super super nice and friendly. I didn’t have any issues but i’m sure they would’ve been a great help. Also the location to the island was super convenient

Property is newly renovated and is beautiful! Comfy beds and pillows and nice quiet heating system. Front desk staff was super nice as well as the breakfast service and housekeeping staff. Definitely will stay at this property again!

It was a nice hotel, however when we arrived to check in the door was locked with a paper sign taped up saying that the staff would be back shortly. We waited outside for 30 mins.
