The rooms where completely trashed beds where not made no pillows mirrors where shattered i would not recommend that place to anyone

Building was surrounded in trash. Rooms were utterly disgusting. Sheets were grotesque and smelt as if they havent been washed. Entire room looked as if it never had been cleaned. On top of that had to ask for towels and by the time i discovered that there wasnt any toilet paper and went down to ask for some there wasnt anybody and it was locked dow. Not that it matter to much but there was also no television wifi or breakfast as was said on the site.

Disgusting
This room was absolutely filthy and a complete safety hazard for my children! Beds not clean, holes in the walls, smoke decaying laying on floor, broken dressers with drawers hanging off, the floor was TERRIBLE (ripped, stained, missing, the smell, all the above) the front desk clerk even acknowledged that they haven’t got around to cleaning those rooms, then why would you put guests in there if you KNEW it wasn’t ready!

DO NOT STAY here. The phone is currently cut off for non payment. The floor between the beds was soaked. No blankets or towels. The room next door plugged in a phone cord and shorted out the entire room. I stayed 10 minutes and Orbitz is trying to make me pay for 2 full days because the hotel won’t answer the phone!!! BEWARE RUN!!!

The building was in horrible condition. It had said it been recently renovated, but they were still in the process of renovations. The stairwells were disgusting when we got to our room. It had no toilet paper or towels available.

When we got there their pool was disgusting, they had a pile of mattresses outside the hotel and a huge dumpster filled with trash, their hot tub was filled with rocks so there no hot tub, they will only give you one roll in your room for the bathroom, appliances were broken both hairdryers were burnt out and wouldn’t even turn on, the show sound you were about to fall through the roof. The blankets they gave us was bleached and had cigarette holes in them, they place smelled like cigarettes, I would never ever stay at this place again

It was cheap. The shower and door lock were broken. TV only got local channels and it was a poor quality screen. Roaches were in the room, a large construction dumpster was outside my front door. The staff was not friendly and kinda rude. Towels and linens were dirty and we had to go get clean ones from someone that didn't speak english. I swear I don't know how they are still open.

I did not end up staying. The carpets were atrocious. There was stains on the bed sheets. The hotel worker wasn’t helpful at all. I haven’t even gotten my half refund I was promised.

We booked here on hotels.com when we got to the property there was a line of people in front of us. They gave 1 person a room key to a room that they had already booked and was occupied by someone else... 1 person came in asking if they had a different room cause the room was dirty the toilet still had turds in it.. another customer came in asking for some towels because they didnt have any in thier room and they was told they didn't have any towels!!! When it was finally our turn to check in we was told they didnt have a room for us and we would get a full refund!!! After contacting hotels.com we was told we wouldnt get a refund... i told them it's not our fault they didn't have s room for us!!! So I'm still waiting to see if they make this right

A cardboard box by the river would be cleaner.
Hotel is ran by "manager and owner that dont care" according to front desk staff. Room was without toilet paper or towels at check in. Staff gave us TP but had no towels to give us. Next morning no towels were available. That night no towels were available. After a rain storm that evening the floor of our room was soaked with water. No other rooms were available no refund was available. Front desk gave me number of manager who would not answer phone. By text the manager considered my complaints to be rude and would not respond. Stayed at this property 3 years ago under old owner, wasn't the most updated hotel but it was clean. New owners obviously are in it for the money and couldn't care less about the shape of the hotel.

Awful experien1ce. Had to move rooms 3 times due to being uncleaned from previous guests or devoid of bedding/towels & broken unlockable doors. Breakfast consisted of cereal & burnt/broken waffle makers. The pool was dirty, with tiles falling off & hot tub was filled in with stones But worst of all is that due to staff moving everyone around they had no idea which rooms were occupied or by who. This led to 2 different guests at 2 different times being given keycards to our room & trying to access them after midnight. Staff just didn't seem bothered by any of it

You need help
It was OK, but they really need to keep somebody at the front desk. I got locked out of my room because for some unknown reason, they deactivated my key card and I waited 40 minutes for somebody to come in and while I was waiting 4 people came to check in and nobody was there for 40 minutes.
