For the price, this was a great deal! The rooms were clean, the location was good, the free large pancake breakfast at Reagan’s next door was absolutely delicious!

Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Pigeon Forge. Conveniently located. Good breakfast next door at Regan’s pancake house. Was charged $100 security deposit of which I will be returned $95 in approximately 15 days! My room was located on the back side on the 3rd floor.( I had requested a first floor room, was told one was not available for what I requested. ) very noisy.

Quick getaway trip
We decided on this hotel because it’s pet friendly which is a plus. The check in was great and the lady was very friendly and upfront with the deposit and fees associated with our room, since we had 2 small pets. The room was exactly like described. We was on the ground floor and was able to park in front of our room. They give you vouchers for breakfast next door which is for free pancakes and drink. But for 6 dollars you can upgrade to AYCA buffet. The food was really good. Worth the upgrade. Overall experience was good.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, included breakfast is at the restaurant next door(can get the free breakfast or very reasonable priced upgrade to buffet) The room this time could use a little maintenance in the bathroom, door has water damage at bottom and trim behind door has been damaged by someone apparently leaving it closed up in there, claw and teeth marks.

Liked the pet friendly concept. Great if you are traveling with your fur babies and need special accommodation for them. I was worried about house keeping coming in while I was out vacuuming and cleaning because of my bunny and I asked the front desk and they made sure that house keeping didn’t do any of that.

They put us on the third floor a long ways from the elevator. When there was clearly plenty of rooms close to the elevator and even on the first and second floor. Appeared to be some longtime guest staying there as well. The room was nice and very clean. It had been remodeled. The free breakfast was the best thing about our stay. It was wonderful.
