Nice welcoming & friendly young man on reception. Room was spacious/clean & had usual facilities. Beds comfy & I liked the little balcony. Could see the river but also had traffic noise (but not in room). Breakfast nice with hot & cold selections. Pleasant area to sit in too. Outside pool closed but inside open but didn’t use as very small. Rocking chairs provided outside overlooking river so quite peaceful. There is a trolley stop outside but need to know times but I drove into Pigeon Forge. (Caught trolley to Gatlinburg one day). So many places to stay but I was happy with this one

we had a very good stay. Our only issue is that the parking is difficult to find at night. I parked in the neighbors parking lot the entire time we were there.

Overall my stay was great. Super convenient and easy to get to. The ac unit had food in the vents and the bath tub had tape over a hole. The continental breakfast area was very small with not alot of seating

Staff friendly. Breakfast guy Saturday, Sunday and Monday worked really hard and helpful. Clean and kept stocked. Kids would have liked pancakes/waffles. Bed comfortable.

Room itself was good, but it was loud outside the room. you could hear the people in the pool and people getting ice. We wanted a different room before we checked in, but they refused to put us in another room. Even though other people were checking in after us, they would not let us get a quieter room. We have stayed here several times in the past and they always gave us a quieter room, but yhis time they would not.

Sheets had a black pen or marker stains. Only stayed 1 night so it was ok- hotel in general is dated- Work out area if you can even call it that- the floor and walls had lots of mold growing- very dirty. Would not stay again.
