Indoor pool stayed cold. Killed 4 roaches in as many days. Saw 2 more dead ones. Pool room- people were wearing sweaters or jackets cause they don't heat it. Dec. 24. On the corner of Pigeon Forge Parkway and Dollywood Lane. SO MUCH POTENTIAL!! Owner needs to wake up. None of these problems when we stayed here in August 1 1/2 years ago. Please fix it O

Accidentally made reservation twice and they charged me twice for the same room. They will not refund our money. Pool is filthy

Our room had a king bed and pullout couch. The pullout couch had a stained, unwashed mattress cover and that’s all. The layout of the room was super weird. Whoever remodeled the bathroom was not a professional. The door swing way passed the hinges and the tile did not match up to the flooring. The coffee pot was placed in the bathroom, which was odd. The room reeked of marijuana and the pool was so cloudy I was too afraid to let my kids in. The toilet stopped working the first night we were there and the shower’s “hot” water setting was room temperature at best. We were super unhappy with this hotel because it wasn’t like it was a steep discount compared to the hotels in the same area. Super disappointed. We overheard another room asking for roach traps, but never saw a bug in our room. We will never stay here again.

Indoor pool was very run down. The pictures they show are definitely ones from when it was in better condition water was very cold and cloudy and there were clothes and trash all around the pool. we booked it to let our kids play and have fun but definitely didn’t enjoy it as much as we had hoped

I paid for a 2 day stay the tv didn’t work either day we was there and I called front desk 3 different times asked for some kind of discount and they was rude and said it’s not their problem

Unfortunately my family most likely won’t be coming back. The room was clean. But the beds were very firm and thin. The door was drafty. The pool, which was advertised as heated was cold. We stayed here several years ago, before we had our daughter, but we will be looking elsewhere for a place to stay in the PF area.

As I am writing this, it is 3:40am, as I will not be getting any more sleep in this room. Upon Arrival The property looked nice, the linens and room was ok, definitely could use a deeper cleaning, but was not below what I was expecting for what I paid. But that image changed at night. As my parents lie in the other bed asleep, I get up to use the bathroom. As I reach to turn on the light, I feel something move across my hand. As the light flicks on, I see a roach that ran across my hand. I proceed to quickly grab some TP and smush it. Praying it is a one off, I do my business and plan on going back to bed. . . Until I step out and see two more. . And then another, and one by my headboard. I am not a ninja, and only manage to smush a few more. As I obviously will not be getting any more sleep, I could use the wifi and just kill time on my phone. . . Except the wifi doesn't work. In the positive end, the cable TV has good options, the pool looked nice, and the front staff on check in was nice. I am a man who asks for little in a hotel. A clean and safe place to lay my head down in the evening is all I ask. And heck, I don't mind stains on linens as long as they are clean. But pests are where I draw the line. I'm not sure if I'll get a refund, but I am definitely suggesting you do not stay here until the roaches are dealt with.

Door didnt lock on deluxe suite 400. There was roaches in the cabinets and mold in the jetted tub for some one to have a short family vacation qnd pay over 400 dollars that was horrible

My husband and I really enjoyed this hotel. For the price, it is a nice place to stay. It’s definitely outdated , but it is still functional and comfy. We were able to hear everything around us though, so that wasn’t the most convenient, but the bathrooms were good and the beds were comfortable so we really couldn’t complain.
