The staff is so nice and very accommodating! Top-notch Customer Service. This resort spared the expense on the mattress and pillows! The bed and pillows were by far the most comfortable than any place I have ever stayed in. This is usually the problem and most hotels and resorts, but not this one! We experienced a great night sleep after a full day at Dollywood splash country.

We had planned a 3 day stay but checking the weather forecast it was supposed to be raining the 3rd day. I ask the night clerk if we could get a refund if we checked out a day early and she said yes. The next morning when checking out, the morning clerk stated I would have to go back to Expedia to get a refund. Expedia stated they would work with Mgmt to obtain a refund but Mgmt refused and so I called and spoke to the Manager and she refused to refund the last day stating the night clerk was new and she not have told us we could get a refund for the last night. I would never stay here again due to the attitude Mgmt had regarding our stay.

Was ok for the price

I’ve been staying at this resort since I was a child. Obviously the place has aged. Only two of the pools were functioning and even then they were too cold to even swim in. One being an indoor pool. The rooms were comfortable , but everything was just so outdated . You can tell they do the bare minimum when it came to cleaning.

We will not stay here again. Room was a great size but it was dingy and gross. Cracked tiles, black stuff coming out of the jets in the jetted tub, mold in the bathroom faucets, cracked walls outside, and the smell is SO bad. It took us several days to figure out what the smells was and it's from the Solid Waste Compost Facility that's NEXT DOOR to the hotel. One would think there'd be some type of health warning for this place but there's not. It smells all day, everyday. Makes using the outdoor pool and balcony impossible.

The room layout was perfect for families with full amenities. The view from the back patio was spectacular. Very worth the price Even though under renovations the overall look was very nice. Ideal location off the main drag but very close and convenient access. Highly recommend.

There is mold that you can see outside the door. A warning from them that the bears come strolling by at all times would have been a nice heads up. Close to all or events we wanted to do and the inside was nice big and comfortable.
