The Lodge is located in a very busy area of Sevierville and don't try to walk to any place around it, you might wind up as road kill. We were there only one night to meet our son and to pick up our grands.

The room was old. The lamp had stains on the shade. We were at the back of the property right beside the dumpster, which came at 4 AM in the morning To be emptied. There were water stains on the ceiling where it leaked and they were painted over. Yes ma’am, I am. Thank you. Pictures showed updated rooms which we did not get just was not what I expected.
property was clean parking was a chore but it was ok

This property does not have enough parking! People are allowed to put chairs in the parking spaces and leave them there. When discussed with the office staff we were told to just move the chairs. When we tried that it did not go well. We should have not have been moving chairs. The staff should take care of parking issues. Although there was a sign saying no pets this was not enforced. When walking through the parking lot I heard two small dogs in a room barking. Why prohibit smoking when pets are allowed? The mattress and pillows need to be replaced! We won't stay here again.
Room was very clean was supposed to have been non smoking but room had a strong cigarette smell very bad as we are non smokers otherwise everything was great.
Noise level was horrible. People smoking outside door. People in parking lot all hours of night. Cleaning staff came in my room to take a break while I was there.
We got checked in went to our room. It was so dirty the shower had hair all in it. The room stunk so bad bed had cigarette holes in it. There was roaches crawling on the walls. Complained to front desk switched rooms. It was not the cleanest or best smelling. However we dealt with the 2nd room and just slept and got up and went home. Very horrible experience.
Non smoking king room was in fact not non smoking it smelled like somone train smoked a carton a day in there for years. The pillows and sheets were wore out. Mold in the drawers and shower. It was very dirty and unclean. The best thing the have is the pool. It was a place to staybfor a good price.
I booked here because reviews were good, but the room we received (#316) was outdated and sketchy. The bed was not properly made. The bathroom still had a used hair product packet in the shower and the shower curtain had not been cleaned in months. I went to the front desk and told them and received 2 extra pillows and a shower curtain that I put up myself. Minutes later, a BEDBUG crawled across the bathroom floor. We left. Still waiting for a refund.
Older fixtures and such, but as clean as they can get and a super friendly staff. Room was amazingly quiet, they must not build hotels with walls these thick anymore! Pool was very clean
Good place to stay overnight, which is what I use it for. Shower was a bit dirty, but otherwise no complaints. Nice & quiet room, older property but provides exactly what they advertise. Pool was very clean.

Creepy and scary experience
Had to leave middle of the night.
Checked into hotel in the afternoon. All seemed fine. Sometime after 10 p.m. with room dark and wife asleep, there was a light knock on the door. A few seconds later our door was opened. We yelled and anticipated a dangerous confrontation. The person trying to enter the room stopped in the doorway and said, "OK, you are in this room." When I tried to confront him in the hall he initially ignored us and then said he was just checking to see if our room was occupied. He then left.
I cooled down a bit and went to the lobby. He tried to say he didn't know which room we were in. A phone call seems a better option than breaking and entering, so I don't know what the real purpose was of entering a third-floor room in the middle of the night. We said we did not feel comfortable staying. He said he would refund the two nights of our stay. We left before midnight and went to a hotel across the street.
The hotel itself:
It's an older hotel but seemed to be a fair value: good location and a nice basic room. It is three stories, but an elevator is available. The room appeared clean.
