Twin Mountain Inn & Suites lived up to the great reviews! Quick check-in, clean, safe, and cozy all the way around. We interacted with two staff members (Robert at check-in and Mkayra (SO SORRY, I know I got that spelling wrong) at breakfast/check-out) and they were both amazing. Mkayra especially was so kind and courteous even as she was flying around the kitchen/dining area supporting breakfast hours. Our four-year-old daughter was amazed and commented how hard she was working :) Give that lady a raise! The breakfast itself was amazing as well (great sausage, biscuits and gravy, and bear-shaped waffles!) The hotel, lobby, room, and walkways are all safe, well-lit, clean, and comfortable. LOVED the private balcony overlooking the river and enjoyed watching the ducks in the morning. All this and only 5-10 minutes from Dollywood. Wins all the way around. We WILL be back!

This is our second time staying here and we are very pleased with our stay! We love that is pet friendly and every room has it's own private balcony overlooking the river. And all the rooms have fireplaces too! The breakfast area is small but they provide trays in your room to take your food back upstairs. The only issue I had was that the trash truck came around 6:15am and woke me up. My whole family slept through it though. Overall it is a great hotel and we will continue to stay here!

The hotel is nice the view of the river from the room and balcony is amazing. Haveing a fire place in the room was nice touch with it being as cold as it wa. The beds were comfortable, the room was nice. The bathroom needs work it was clean but very run down the shower head squealed loud. The breakfast is ok 3 out of 5 stars. The guy that checked is in made a big deal out of us being 25 minutes early for the 3 pm check in time. I started out buy saying hello , asked him how he was, said hey i know we are early traffic was not bad and we made good time and underatood we were early and that tye room might not be ready. After that he made a point to tell me a number of times i was early and my room would proabbly not be ready. Then after playing with the computer he says your room is ready. This first interaction left a sour taste in my mouth. The rest of the staff and our stay went well. This gentleman needs a new leson on customer service. Other then that inwould stay here again.
