We value cleanliness over everything else when travelling. The buildings may be a little old, but the rooms have been updated and they are CLEAN. It has become our "go-to" place to stay when we go to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge.

Nice indoor pool with hot tub and friendly staff. a few minute walk to the central bus terminal if you want to save money on parking at Dollywood.

Surprised.
I was highly upset that I found two roaches in my room. The management wanted to move us to the room under the room that we were staying in but I was not having that resolution. The management kept saying that they pre-treat their rooms, it was not their fault, someone dragged them. No matter. My room and the room next to mine had roaches and we needed to be compensated. Eventually we were moved to another room in the new section of the hotel. No one offered to help us move. I had to leave my belongings on my porch when I got home and wash my clothes in super hot water to make sure that we didn't carry home any unwanted "friends". We have stayed here many times and have never experienced this happening.

Hotel not clean!
I would only give this hotel a 2 star for the breakfast and pool area. The rest of the hotel isn't what is described or shown in the pictures. The hotel is very outdated, which was fine to start, but once we settled in our room we realized how unclean it was. Our socks were black on the bottom within minutes of being there. I wouldn't book here again.
