The apartment was nice, great central location. Clean. We had an issue with the sliding bathroom door and they immediately sent a handyman to fix it.

The hotel is perfectly located, beautiful ample room, clean and friendly staff.

All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The property is within walking distance to many of the sights but is situated in a lovely peaceful spot. It was very clean and had great air conditioning and a lovely little pool to cool off in. Seville is beautiful and we will definitely be back at some point and I would definitely stay here again.

Good location in the old streets not far from the cathedral. Plenty of bars and restaurants in short walk. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was a good size with safe, kettle and excellent shower and aircon. Comfy bed too. Lovely roof terrace and pool. Not deep for swimming but great to cool off in the hot weather. A few sun beds and tables/chairs and if you message reception they will bring you drinks. The drinks were just standard and average price. But great to have. Breakfast however is excellent. A large range of food and Portuguese twist for some of it. It’s a good hotel and we would stay again. Note a taxi will not drop you at the door but will a little up the street less than a minute walk away.

Lovely boutique hotel in a very convenient location. Breakfast was amazing and it was a minute away which was super convenient. The room was great and the staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here for couples.

Spotlessly clean and staff were polite and helpful. The terrace bar is particularly lovely.

This 17th century palace/home is one of the most beautiful and comfortable boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. Don't miss the nightly guitar concert and a drink in the lush courtyard or the sunset view of the Giralda from the gorgeous rooftop deck. The staff gave extra effort to make our stay perfect. Hotel Casa del Poeta is one of the few perfect places that I can recommend without reservation.
