We had a good experience with the customer service—they were responsive and polite whenever we reached out. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was very disappointing and did not match the expectations set by the listing. The air conditioning was not working properly, the floors were dirty when we arrived, there was mold in the shower, and the toilet seat had what appeared to be old stains on it. To make matters worse, we saw a roach before we left. While we appreciate the staff’s kindness and willingness to communicate, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property need significant improvement. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

Great location for the staff

We had a great stay! The room was spotless and great communication from the property. Self check-in went smoothly and the location is perfect. Super close to old town whilst being in a quiet area
