We were scared by the bad reviews at first but our stay went off without a hitch! Staff were friendly and the room was exactly what we paid for. Maybe this isn't a place for long stays/homebodies as the room was small but since we spent most of the time out in the city the room did exactly what we needed. Towels and bed sheets were clean!

The room was clean, staff were helpful and ideal location. I do think they could have more mirrors in the room. There was only one in the bathroom.

I want to thank the staff at The Delphi! They went above and beyond to help with railroad failures, ideas of where to go, and always a hello and a smile. I’m so happy I stumbled upon this hotel/townhouse rental. This will be my go to place to stay in Amsterdam. I highly recommend this to travelers because it’s a lovely area that is just a quick jump on the tram to get anywhere but yet you can easily find a great joint around the corner to eat, relax, and people watch. Thank you to the Delphi you helped my adventure in Amsterdam become a Fantastic one!! See you soon

Kitchen was nice, rooms a decent size. Room doors made out of paper so light/noise transfer between rooms/living space quite loud. Otherwise location was great and it was clean. Staff was very quick to respond to needs.
