I was surprisingly delighted by this property. It was clean and comfortable and the front desk staff were fantastic. We stayed for 2 nights during World Cup and we would stay again. Pricing was reasonable, beds were comfortable, amazing water pressure in the shower. My only complaint was the congestion in the elevators and the slow ride. Long waits for the elevator, despite having 3 banks available. Wouldn’t deter me from staying again. Plus, great restaurants in the area. Wonderful!

Location was great! Pick-up and drop off area is very limited. We were given a bottle of wine at check-in. Coffee and tea pods in room were nice. Good storage in room. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast available, but side of ham was the size of 4 pepperoni slices- very thin and small- not worth the price that was charged. Waffle looked nice, but we didn’t try that. Omelette was very small and not as expected.

The room was clean and well stocked. Would have preferred the thermostat to be manual other than automatic so we could change the temperature setting without having to call someone to do it. Although the parking is not their responsibility, it would have saved a lot of time if we knew how to pay for parking ahead of time. Otherwise it was a nice place to stay.

It's a heritage property converted into boutique hotel rooms right in the heart of Gastown. The neighbourhood can be a bit colorful but we found it to be amazing. The rooms are perfect for an overnight getaway and the hotel is very close to the Helicopter terminal to Victoria as well the float plane terminal. 100% will stay again.
