The place was fine but overpriced. very small bathroom, sink toilet and shower/tub crowded into a v small room. Linoleum chipped and breaking in main room. ok for a cheap motel but this was more than double what we paid for a room in Kamloops that was better laid out and more comfortable.

Clean room and was easy to get to. The restaurant served only Indian food. The beds were comfy and the room was quiet. It would be nice to have the price indicated in US dollars so that Canadians know what currency we are paying. I thought the room us $150.00 Canadian but it was in American dollars therefore with the exchange it turned out to be over $200 and this hotel was not worht a $200 night sleep.

Stayed here one night. Had a late checkin and found an envelope in a mailbox with my room key. Bed was really comfortable. Happy with the cleanliness of the room. The room appeared to have been updated in the last 5 years.

We booked our stay late at night after a family visit ended up running late. Golden village lodge was great to deal with. The room was clean and exactly what we needed for a night. Beds were comfortable and the linens were all clean and nice.

We found the Golden Village Lodge to be clean and comfortable during our 1-night stay. It was literally next to the Glacier Raft Company, with whom we had booked a rafting tour. Most convenient . Not walkable to downtown Golden for meals but a short drive nonetheless. Didn't try the attached Indian restaurant but it looked nice from the outside. Overall, good value for money!

This room had the amenities you need but the security door latch was broken and the door between bedrooms was unlocked and a table put in front of it!!! Definitely not a comforting feeling at all.
