The property was recently renovated and loved the non carpeted floors, hyge toom, and large TV. Front counter was so friendly. The resturant beside the motel was also excellent and in easy walking distance. Stayed upstairs in the motel portion and found you can only access from one side of the stairs. The only downfall was there was a lingering ordor in the room that always gives me poor vives and turns me of, but it was a nice stay for a budget motel. Would recommend this place to others, with me being very picky.

This is my preferred place to stay when skiing or biking at Kickinghorse. Very comfortable bed, clean room, very good price. In the winter they keep the heat really low when nobody is in the room, so takes some time to warm up.

This was a quiet place just outside the east side of Golden. It had a small pool and hot tub, which we didn’t use but looked clean and taken care of. Well priced for the value. I would stay again.

Speaking through my experience, This is way better than a five star hotel. For me this is five star. Very clean, place is very pleasant, orderly and check in was a breeze.

Bathroom is small and the tub-shower faucet is plumbed backwards so the hot water comes out first. The new heating-ac unit is loud. Overall lighting is dim. TV reception is poor. Overall, the room is renovated and nicely decorated. The comforter on the bed was lovely.
