When we arrived late at night, around 11 pm, the receptionist told us our booking was cancelled. But our booking was still there on the Hotel.com app, no one cancelled it. And why would we if we were coming.
He asked us to pay new price which is $40 higher than we booked. We were tired, the kids were tired, and ran into this situation.
Then a guy came in at that exact time asking for vacant. I didn't notice at that time. Now thinking back, I think we were set up to pay more. They ended up charging us higher.price than we booked.
Be careful with this motel.

The property management was friendly and kind, checking us in an hour early - which was greatly appreciated after a long drive! The hotel is very dated, with older fixtures. However, it was also very, very clean. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet our room was - we did not hear our neighbours beside or above us. Once the door closed, we also did not hear anyone in the parking lot. The motel is in a lovely, walkable area near many excellent cafés and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Lovely motel, the jacuzzi tub was a nice surprise.
The towels were dingy, the bathroom had squished bugs on the wall, someone’s hair in the tub and the heater was covered in dust. The bed tipped to one side and my partner kept rolling off.
Was ok for a quick stop but is outdated very few plugs to use for electronics air conditioner not working beds were good but not what expected for the price
The staff was very rude and the rooms were full of mosquitoes. It was no clean and it was smelling so bad. And while paying for the room, the receptionist was very rude and he was talking about how much money do we have in our accounts or not! I mean it was late at night when we checked in and he was asking these kind of questions and that too in a very unrespectful way. It was a bad experience. You need to improve cleanliness and your staff. They should know how to talk in a respectful way.
