Room 215 - bed clean and comfortable. Room decor appalling - long overdue to be painted.Shower in morning virtually impossible. No water pressure and tepid water. Suspect hot water supply challenged if more people showering at same time(8am for us) as when we returned from our breakfast down the road, sink tap water warmer. Absolutely unacceptable way to start our day. Had booked and paid for 2 nights but left after one. Suggested they might want to give us some credit refund but nothing so far. Also no hair dryer in room - maybe at front desk. Do not recommend!

Very very dated. Plug in bathroom rusted up and not working. Shower head 50% plugged. Bath towel the size of a hand towel. Door lock hard to work and not acceptable. AC from the 60’s.

I had a great stay at the Swiss Village Inn. It was affordable and easy to locate. The room was cute and cozy, you can tell they are doing upgades in all the unites which made my experience even better. The staff was friendly and kind, they helped out when the power went out and when things weren't working. I only had two outlets that worked in the whole unite but i am sure that will change once they complete all the upgrades/renovations. Worth the stay!

Clean, comfortable rooms for an overnight stop. We asked for 2 extra towels as the 2 provided were small and thin. We showered upon arrival after a long drive, and knew we would need 2 dry towels to shower before our early departure. We were given 2 begrudgingly, and told they would be counting them upon checkout! Then the tv volume was so low we could not hear it. Remote would not turn it up. Asked about it at the front desk, and we were again, begrudgingly given the volume control! This would otherwise be a great one night stop for those travelling, but the treatment left us feeling otherwise.

We would stay there again, but check out the Wi-Fi

Make sure the cable TV and Wi-Fi are working when you make your booking. The hot tub was more than 40°C, or scalding!. Eventually, an older guy who may have been the motel manager showed up and turned it down. He didn’t actually believe me. It was hot until I aggressively verbally convinced him to put his hand in the water, now he understood English much better.

Staff very nice. Attention to detail in the cleaning is needed. Beds were good. Although I think the decorative cushions are unnecessary and outdated. Clean simple bedding is sufficient. Paint job in room unfinished. The plastic film on the fridge wasn't completely removed and there were spills running down the side of it. Under the microwave wasn't cleaned.

Very cute spot! Had a back patio with a deck and wonderful view! As soon as the sun went down the bright light overhead our little balcony outside came on! This was a timed light that all the balconies had!! It was very un private in the dark under the brightness! I went to front desk to ask to turn it off and was told it could not be turned off!! So that said at 9 pm we had to go inside because the bugs love the brightness more than we did! The owner was also informed the following morning. Overall the rest was good

Property is run down. A/C unit fan is incredibly noisy. There was no cable TV. Staff unapologetic, no discount offered. Not overly friendly. Would not stay there again.

Receptionists are very rude. The room was visibly dusty, and the photos on Expedia aren't representative of the room. None of the outlets, only one visible on the wall and four on the lamps, would hold the plugs on our charging cords. No USB outlets. We had to move the TV/microwave/fridge stand and unplug them to charge our devices. Do not recommend staying here.
