Vi trodde att vi skulle bo i själva Karlatornet men det var i en byggnad bakom där tornet skymde all utsikt. Rummen var fina men även vårt superiorrum saknade bord och sittplatser (skrivbord och kontorsstol fanns dock) .

Riktigt trevlig personal, fint hotell. Dock väldigt lyhört mellan rummet. Man hör prat, steg och allt rummet ovanför gör. Inte premium på ett såhär fint hotell.

Dårligt...
Det var ikke særlig godt. For det første, så havde de ikke ledige parkeringspladser, så vi måtte finde et andet sted at parkere. Værelset var ikke rent og meget støvet. Fjernbetjeningen til TV'et var ikke til at røre ved, da den var klam og klistret. Udsigten var forfærdelig, da vi kun kunne se taget af en anden bygning, som havde cigaretskodder og skraldeposer, så havde gardinerne lukket under hele opholdet. Det var svært at finde et ledigt bord til morgenmaden. Den ekstra stjerne jeg har givet hotellet er for en god service vi fik, da vi spurgte om vand i receptionen.
