A Hotel Disaster
No room cleaning or bins emptied in my 8 days, no team making facilities, no fridge, no safe, in shower no lotions,no tray, no grab handles, small room, no natural ventilation, long corridors to stairs, few lifts. Everything minimal, staff friendly but not informed, no great welcome.Situation for transport excellent. Gothenburg lovely.

Had family room and very spacious with 2 bathrooms, one is just lil smaller. Buffer breakfast offers great variety of choices. Nice place to stay closer train stations and nice places to visit

Great for solo travel but room walls are thin
Lovely friendly staff and room for perfect for solo travelling. B’fast also perfect. The only thing i found really frustrating was how thin the walls were and on 2 nights there was people coming back to their rooms just after 3am. The room doors slam and woke me up. On one night there was a couple of girls in one room talking for ages which kept me awake.

Love the facilities, sauna and gym were great. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, but after a few days the variety was lacking. Hotel clean, although housekeeping never made it to my room which irked. I forgot to ask for a clean, but it was ok.

Good spot in Gothenburg.
Value for money, located about a 15 minute walk from the train station, close to water and easily walked to eating / drinking area. Clean, comfortable room. Access to gym and rooftop bar. Lunch in lobby bar was pricey, but the included breakfast was fantastic! Would return.

Great hotel, amazing breakfast buffet.
Really nice stay - amazing buffet breakfast spread, great choices. Nice clean room/hotel, tram and bus lines right next to the hotel, perfect location. Nice to be right by the river too. Would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. Friendly and helpful reception staff.
