Enjoyed the brief stay, ideally located as it is a stone's throw from the train, Metro and Tram stop, cash point next door, easy to get to the Eurostar as well. Also the food in the restaurant next door was delicious. Recommended.

One of the nights my room was not cleaned and towels not changed however I called reception and new towels delivered

Lovely aesthetics - breakfast on deck is great! Rooms pretty simple but comfortable. We asked for a twin rather than double but didn’t get it, but luckily the double was two singles together, but couldn’t move them due to fixed tables. Was able to move single bed to another part of the room.

Great location, rooms were very clean, A/C worked well, and everything was in great repair. Only constructive feedback is just with directions - the entrance from the street makes you think you’re in the wrong place and the signage to direct you to the check-in could be much clearer. Overall would absolutely recommend and return.

We arrived late to check in. It wasn’t clear and easy to get into building. Door was locked and no button to call front desk. Luckily someone eventually walked out. Rooms are small, but comfortable. If you don’t like electronics.l, you won’t like this place. Everything is turned on and off with iPad.

The welcome and hospitality was top tier. My room was clean and spacious. The concierge was very funny and informative. I would love to visit again.
