Well.booked through here paid.when got to puerto rico las palmas .i transfer was later didnt react hotel till 11pm on night.then when reacted hotel .total pay breakage fee .whitch we did and was told get bavk when left.but we still have not recieve despoit of £150 euros back.we taken photos of room when left.staff very rude and unhelpful.disgusing

We loved the hotel, although the food was a bit disapointing.

Our experience was quite great. Staff was 100% helpful and all our requests were attended. Very clean (even with a "clean inspector"). Food was very good and without queues, which is important also. Very good value for money compared with other hotel brands.
