Good practical hotel. Very, very good restaurant in nearby flower shop, store. Local area is light industrial, but if you have a car, easy access to Como.

Nothing amazing. There were no basic items, like a hot water pot, small fridge. The staff seem not to care about guests. If there was a question, they mostly had a limited way to communicate. Bad experience over all.

Convenient location hotel for short stay just off the SS35 to Como. Property is neglected and it shows. Room are Ok but carpets are in need of deep cleaning and or replacement. Breakfast is average for price . Better quality options available next door at Capriccio di Como restaurant.

Excellent place to stay but you need a car. Nothing is walkable. Como is an easy drive away. Restaurant in this Hotel is excellent and the staff were really polite and helpful. Room was nice but a/c was a bit dicky.
