Holiday Inn Express & Suites Great Bend by IHG
Your front desk clerk, Isabelle, was phenomenal!!! She was very friendly and helpful! She was easy to talk to and just a lovely person. The breakfast buffet, for $15, was decent, but not a good value. The lady that ran the buffet was so sweet and kind, and very helpful.

Not a lot of outlets to charge your phone, which you will need your box to plug in as they don't have the USB option. If you bring a computer and need to charge it, may have to unplug the microwave to use that outlet, or have to put it on one side of the bed; which was where the 4 outlets where. ...

Enjoyed our stay. This is a great property if traveling with pets. Wish they had maintained their pool area better, as the sauna did not work, the hot tub was 4-6” shortof being filled. This meant that none of its water could cycle through the filter system. The children’s pool was out of order.
