Rooms need care. Good customer service
Convenient location and profesional service from staff. Yet there were several issues with our room. First my wife found red makeup stains around the sink and smudges on mirror, there were crumbs on one of the beds and when we used the iron to press a shirt, a smudge of something sticky transferred to my shirt. Location is accesible to I-385 & I-85. There’s a shopping area nearby and a Whole Foods Market. Nice property if they paid more attention to the rooms.

Upcoming neighborhood
This hotel was fairly new, which I refer. Nice pool and patio out back. Lots of new developments, hotels, restaurants, departments stores and shops. The cons were the traffic and road construction. Felt safe, would stay here again.

We only stayed the one night, but the place was clean and the staff was really friendly. The only thing that was just so-so was the water pressure in the shower. It is terrible. We got caught in the rain earlier that evening and we had better water pressure from the rainstorm than we did from our shower. If you have thick hair, it will take ages for the water to actually wet it. There was no water pressure issues with the faucet or the toilet, just the shower.
