AC was not working in our room. Had maintenance come while I was out. They said it was fine. Had them come again while I was in. He put his hand to vent and said “I can feel it blowing”. Urban Boutique Hotel, BW Signature Collection
This is urban, for sure - right next to a gas station and in a run down looking neighborhood. It’s not a hotel - it’s a motel. We were awakened at 3 AM by a huge domestic disturbance in the room next to us. Shouting, banging, violent sounds - the police came - twice.

Ordered balcony room, got first floor with no separation from the outside pool area walkway. Plus found clothes on the floor in the room from previous guest. Didn’t ask to switch rooms because was told the night I checked in the hotel was full. The phone also didn't work.
