The front desk staff Shantis & Brianna were so friendly & helpful at check-in. Richard, our shuttle driver, was prompt & very pleasant, as well as a safe driver. I didn’t get the name of the checkout person this morning, but she was very pleasant & helpful for so early in the morning.

Breakfast not available for our early flight at 6am. Bed were uncomfortable and the metal frames creaked every time you moved. Could also here the creaks from neighboring rooms

Great hotel and great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint is that the cleaners used Pinesol that didn’t seem to be diluted and the small was very strong. Otherwise, it was great and I would stay here again.

The Lodge at Flat Rock
My room was clean and quiet although it had a bit of a musty smell. The courtyard area is wonderful. Very relaxing and peaceful. The breakfast had a lot of selections and overall was satisfying. The staff were exceptionally friendly.
