This is the best hotel we stayed at on our 10 day roadtrip. The room was so nice we didn’t want to leave. The staff could not have been more hospitable. We’d stay there again for sure

The hyatt is in a great area close to everything on the main drag of greenville. We were less than a 20 minute walk to the bon secours center.

My assistant booked Hyatt Place by mistake, instead of Hyatt Regency. What a horrible experience. No parking lot for self parking, no breakfast included, no water in the room, and the elevators out of order in the morning. For $200 a night I don't think a bottle of water and Poptart is too much to ask.

We loved our stay at the Hyatt. It’s very close to everything which made it even better. The hotel was very nice and felt safe at night. It was quiet and we had an easy check-in and checkout process. The staff could’ve been a little more friendlier but other than that, we will definitely be back
