Our stay at Hyatt was great, clean rooms, friendly staff. The only downside is that they allow pets to stay in the rooms. On our floor there was a dog that barked, apparently when the owners were out. It became a little annoying, especially at 8:30AM. We were awake, but pity the guests that wanted to sleep in on Saturday morning. Other than that, would recommend for sure.

Concert and comfort.

The Hyatt Place was very convenient to the Peace Center, where we were seeing a concert. The hotel was very clean, service was great, valet parking was efficient. A great location, and great hotel!

Quality and convenience in Greenville

We were in town for an event at the Gunter Theater. Our stay worked out great as the Hyatt Place is so conveniently located. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. We chose to use the valet parking, but there is a parking garage very nearby. The breakfast was way above the usual hotel fare and reasonably priced at $11.

It was just ok. Reserved a king and was given a room with 2 queens. Switched to a king that had some minor issues. Blackout curtain on one side would not close, bathroom door was off track but i fixed. Ordered food and it was not good. Front desk personal was pleasant and apologetic for the minor hiccups.

At check-in staff was quick and no details was shared about breakfast options for the next morning. We came down to grab a drink during happy hour, the staff member (who was also working the desk) was very sweet but did not know how to make the mule cocktail on the menu. It took an extended amount of time for all guests to get a drink at the bar.

Great hotel and location!

Amazing location! Close enough to walk and see the sights. We were able to park on the street across from the hotel for free and then into the parking garage for the next day (very reasonable garage- $7/night) . Only downside is breakfast is not included and would be a great perk for the price point of the hotel.

Great stay in Greenville

We stayed here while in Greenville for the night to see Rascal Flats in concert. The room was clean and comfortable, just what we needed. The hotel was conveniently located to downtown, restaurants and the concert venue. Since there were three of us, I got a suite so we could use the pullout couch, but the mattress was very flimsy and not comfortable for an adult. The regular beds were very comfortable. There was an extra charge for breakfast, but it was reasonable. We would stay here again when in Greenville.
