The room was very nice and breakfast was also good but when checking in we were not told that their would not be any internet or TV service. We needed both but never available.I realize this was not the hotels problem but we should have been informed.

Hotel overbooked, so my room got canceled.
As I’ve already stated to you guys, my room was canceled without me knowing. Overbooked. I’ll never use your service again. Funny thing is, I got a confirmation not only from hotels.com, but I also got one from Hyatt Place themselves telling me I had a room.

The staff was excellent. They were extremely helpful, especially when we left some belongings behind. Parking across the street was very easy and the location can't be beat!
