The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. The room may have been empty for a while the light fixtures were dusty. Breakfast is waffles cereal juice and artificial eggs. Over all if you want convenience to shopping and restaurants it’s a good place to staff. I give the staff an A for customer service. Just keep in mind the rooms are small. It’s good for singles and couples as long as they don’t need much space. I had a room with one queen bed which was more than comfortable for one person. Not much walking around space, I guess that’s why it’s Microtel!!

A pleasant surprise
My sister & I loved our stay at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Greenville. The staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the lamps in our room needed a new light bulb. My sister told the gentleman at the front desk when she returned the luggage cart. The gentleman got a light bulb & came back up with my sister. He immediately changed the light bulb. We loved all the positivity in the hotel from the staff & the decorative signs & quotes. All around, a pleasant experience. We will return the next time we go to Greenville.

Overall the property is pretty clean but it is dated a bit. Lots of shopping in the area and restaurants in walking distance. You have to request housekeeping services but they will gladly provide you more towels or other items when you ask.

The front area was well kept, our room had a musty smell. Had to put the air on very low temperature and high fan. We both woke up with stuffy noses and heavy coughs. Same breakfast everyday we stayed there. Coffee was very weak.

If you want to catch some Z time don’t count on it, especially if you on the bottom floor and the doors they always slam so hard. The whole wall shakes. Apparently it’s a family own very nice people.

Breakfast was minimal and the waffle batter so watered down that each finished waffle was less than half. Room was clean and worked for our travel purposes, but bare bones. I had originally requested a walk in shower but when I called the day of the reservation, it was not done. However, an assignment adjustment was made and the shower was provided but with a Queen instead of a King bed. Staff was courteous
