Great location on Reedy River

Great weekend getaway for our anniversary in downtown Greenville. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Tons of restaurants and things to do all within walking distance. The continental breakfast was good as well with plenty to choose from. My only suggestion, bring your own pillow. The pillows are small which made it a little hard for me to sleep.

We absolutely loved our 3-night stay at Hampton RiverPlace and how we were able to easily park on Friday and not have to drive anywhere again until we checked out on Monday. The location is perfect for walking to the Falls, the Peace Center, coffee shops, restaurants (both casual and fancier), shops and a drug store. Every staff member we talked to was friendly, helpful and would remember something about us when we saw them again. Breakfast was surprisingly good - don’t miss the Western omelets! - with lots of options including eggs, sausages, potatoes, make your own waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc. It was so good we ended up cancelling one of our brunch reservations! We had a riverview king room and the view was amazing with windows in two directions to watch people and dogs walk by the river, the bed was comfy, the room was clean and spacious and the bathroom was great, with really nice amenities. We can’t wait to come back!
