The rooms were dirty, the sheets and pillow cases were dirty, the towels and wash cloths were filthy, the bathtub had more dirt in it than the actual floor, and it was roaches everywhere

Unsafe conditions. Poorly lit parking lot and stairs to the second floor. Pulled back the top sheet, observed and photographed bedbugs and black debris on the sheets. When I reported the bugs and showed the overnight clerk the pictures I was offered a different room. Rejected the offer. Now Budget Inn will not authorize a refund.

These other reviews are wild… I didn’t expect 5 star quality resort hotel accommodations for my night here. But it’s exactly what you’d expect from a no-frills hotel. Clean, comfortable, and got the essentials. Excellent value for the dollar
