Room: hairs in folded towels, gross stain on the sheet, bathtub didn’t work so I couldn’t bathe my kids, hole in bathroom, couldn’t even walk on one side of bed because of how close it was to the a/c unit, and lip marks on one of the glasses. Hotel: only one elevator working causing delays, elevator felt very unsafe you can see the building walls through the door on left side and the right side you can see wires, the buttons looked loose and took forever opening on the first floor. Staff, the lady that checked me and the older lady with European accent were great. The lady in charge of breakfast on Thursday and Friday was the worst. I caught her yelling at a young teenager about him grabbing more than one waffle but yet she didn’t want him to put it back and told him to just keep it or throw it away. Then she yelled at my mother for her accidentally getting bread stuck in it. She also yelled at mother for getting food for my kids who were waiting at the table. Then I heard her talking bad about my mother to another guest. Than someone from staff stole my son shoes he left in dining area. The lady from breakfast on weekend was great she made the experience better. If it wasn’t for her and the 2 ladies at front desk I would have rated lower.

I have stayed at this hotel for 4 years during the SEC Women’s tournament. Only one elevator has ever worked. The hotel was not clean in the elevator and lobby area. Floors were dirty and sticky. Breakfast was mediocre. I will not stay here next year.

Access to Downtown Greenville

Best sleep I have had in a hotel in years! We were in town for WBB tournament at the Well. The access in and out of downtown was great. Only issue was there was only 1 working elevator so that made part of it difficult for my wife.

I can't really rate the property because I didn't get my room. My flight was delayed so I called and let them know I would be late but was still coming. She said as long as it was by 2 am. Upon landing it was 1:30 so I called again saying I'm still coming. I was informed they were sold out and had no room. I booked and had already paid for my room. I was told to call expedia to find something else. At 1:40 am. I'm giving a star because 15 mins later she called back and said their downtoen location had a room. The downtown location were fantastic to us. They were confused by the whole situation.
