They didn't have my room when I went to check in, tried to give me a cheaper room instead. I told them no, so they cancelled the booking. It's been two weeks and I haven't gotten my refund yet from Expedia because the hotel won't tell them that they cancelled it. I won't use either one of these companies again.

The elevators haven’t been service since last year . The room was giving but the broom was in the wasn’t even clean. I will not ever be back at this location . Needs a lot of upgrade in this a Hyatt location .

Online this hotel shows that it had access to a bar within the hotel. Upon check-in, we were advised that the bar was closed as they did not have a current liquor license and they only offered food to go upstairs as part of room service. Our whole reason for picking this particular hotel was because it had a bar and we were very disappointed. This should have been updated on all marketing platforms.

Lots of very loud voices in the halls until close to 2 am. Thank goodness my AC unit had a fairly loud noise level to drown out the yelling of the other guests. It stopped around 2 am best as I could tell.

The breakfast is to die for! The bed was comfy, and the room was very spacious! The hotel itself was very clean and the pool was nice. Could use more glass for dog walk, but over all it was a fantastic stay.
